The world is full of promises for quick change results. Fad diets and exercise regimes that come and go and still we hope that the next one is the “magic pill” that fixes everything for us and gets us to our best instantly. Every year the calendar changes, social media pumps the latest inspirational sayings and ways to alter what we put into our body and mind to achieve six-pack abs and inner peace.
