Men and Women experience sexual oppression from the moment they open social media to the moment they walk down the street.


One in three women are raped worldwide and six out of ten men are raped worldwide.

Your soul suffocates from sexual oppression

You may think I am making some bold claims here, but sadly the statistics speak for themselves, we are living in a world with a harrowing number of sexual assault and rape. First, like define rape, it is a forced sexual act and there does not need to be intercourse. Sexual assault is any comment or clothed touch from another that makes you feel unsafe.

How does not feeling safe in our body impact our sexuality? As a trauma and neurosensory specialist


Shadow work is typically discussed in the psychiatry and energy healing world the parts of ourselves that we feel unsafe to share, yet these are the parts of ourselves that are our gifts.




We all deserve to be in our power; sending space for all to be free to be safe in their body.
